- Items are in new, unworn condition with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Items have not been altered or damaged
- Custom-made or special order items are not eligible for return

- Package the item securely with original packaging

Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Custom Fitting Services
Our custom fitting services are non-refundable as they are personalized to your specific needs. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for future purchases at King's Shoe Shop.
Online Orders
For online orders, please follow the same return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store, you may return them directly to our location at 124 Baker Street, Emporia, VA 23847 during business hours with your receipt.
